Consistent, precise sharpening angle
The set comes with a magnetic holding block and preset 15° and 20° angle guides, which help ensure the knife is sharpened at the correct and consistent angle — whether it’s a Japanese-style knife or a Western-style knife.
That consistency avoids uneven sharpening from heel to tip — a common problem with freehand whetstones or pull-through sharpeners.
Fast and easy sharpening — minimal skill required
The rolling mechanism significantly speeds up sharpening: the manufacturer claims it is “5× quicker than any other sharpening method.
Because of the guided and automated nature, even users with little or no sharpening experience can get reliably sharp knives — reducing the need for mastering angle, pressure, and stroke control.
Durable, quality construction & long-lasting abrasives
The use of diamond abrasive discs (coarse + fine) means the sharpening surface is hard — so the discs should hold up well over time and deliver effective cutting-edge restoration without frequent replacement.
Convenience, low-maintenance & versatile for everyday kitchen use
Because it’s compact and manual (no electricity or bulky setup), it’s easy to store and quick to use — ideal for home kitchens where users want sharp knives without the mess or effort of whetstones.
The product fully matches the description. They really sharpen knives.
Everything is fine! Thank you very much!

Work well for big knife but not not for small
I briefly sharpened the kitchen knife and it's very excellent.
However, it is almost impossible to sharpen the blades of a multi-tool.
